Lifeline on Timeline

Last updated: September 17, 2026

Welcome! These Terms describe how you can use Oneline. Oneline is brought to you by Jay Patel (we’ll call ourselves “Oneline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using Oneline, you’re agreeing to these Terms—so if they don’t work for you, please feel free to skip using the app.

Oneline is here to help you capture and organize your personal events, memories, places, milestones, and journeys. You might enjoy features like local storage, optional iCloud Sync in iOS Settings, journey building, exports, customization, and paid Oneline Pro options.

Who Can Use It

  • You’re welcome to use Oneline as long as you’re allowed to agree to these Terms. If you’re under the age needed for a binding agreement in your country, please use Oneline only with a parent or guardian’s permission and guidance.

Your Content

  • Everything you add—events, notes, places, journeys, and more—belongs to you. You’re just giving Oneline the small permission we need to handle your content on your device and, if you choose, through Apple’s iCloud so we can provide the features you want.

Please keep in mind that you’re responsible for:

  • Making sure your content is accurate and legal

  • Having permission to store or share details about other people

  • Avoiding anything that might break privacy, intellectual property, or other rules

We don’t claim ownership of your personal content—it’s all yours.

We’d love it if you’d agree to:

  • Use Oneline only for positive, legal purposes

  • Avoid messing with how the app works or its security

  • Skip reverse engineering or sharing Oneline unless the law says it’s okay

  • Respect our purchase and subscription setups

  • Use exported content in ways that respect others’ rights

  • Local Storage and iCloud Sync

iCloud Sync relies on your Apple Account, internet, iCloud space, and Apple’s services.

Syncing isn’t always instant or perfect, so please don’t count on it as a foolproof backup for precious info.

You’re in charge of keeping your device and Apple Account safe and making any extra backups you need.

Oneline Pro

  • Some features need Oneline Pro. Products, features, and prices appear in the app and can change by location.

  • Yearly Subscription

  • Your yearly Oneline Pro plan renews automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple Account settings before the current period ends.

  • Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds through your Apple Account.

  • Deleting Oneline won’t cancel an active subscription.

  • Lifetime Purchase

  • A lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks Oneline Pro features for the app’s supported life.

  • “Lifetime” means the app’s operational life—it doesn’t promise every feature or service will stay forever.

  • Lifetime purchase amount is non-refundable.

Restoring Purchases

  • You can usually restore eligible purchases with the same Apple Account you used originally. This depends on valid App Store records and whether the product or service is still available.

Trials, Discounts, and Offers

  • Any free trial, introductory price, or special offer follows the terms Apple shows at checkout. Apple decides eligibility, which can vary by user or region.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Apple handles all payments and refund requests under its own terms—we can’t issue App Store refunds directly.

Third-Party Services

  • Oneline may use third-party services like Apple and RevenueCat. Your use of these services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We aren’t responsible for issues caused by third parties.

Privacy

  • Your use of Oneline is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle local data, iCloud Sync, purchases, diagnostics, and more.

Changes to Oneline

  • We may update, improve, replace, pause, or stop features when needed for technical, security, legal, or business reasons. We can’t promise every feature will stay forever or work on all future devices or OS versions. When possible, we’ll try to avoid changes that block access to your saved content.

Ending Use

  • You can stop using Oneline whenever you like. We might limit access to services or paid features if you break these terms, try to bypass payments, misuse the app, or create a security or legal concern. Ending use doesn’t cancel payments, transaction records, or parts that should stay in place.

Apple Terms

  • Oneline is available through Apple’s App Store. Apple isn’t responsible for maintenance or support unless required by law. Apple’s standard license agreement also applies (see https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), unless we provide a custom one. If these terms clash with required Apple rules or the law, those rules win.

Updates to These Terms

  • We might update these Terms to keep up with changes to Oneline, third-party services, or new laws.

  • We’ll post any updates with a new “Last updated” date. By keeping using Oneline after a change, you’re agreeing to the new Terms.
